At Calah, we offer more than tutoring. We provide personalized math and executive functioning coaching designed to help students build understanding, organization skills, confidence, and independence.
Because every student has unique strengths, challenges, and goals, we begin by getting to know each learner and creating a coaching plan that meets their individual needs.

Tuition
Every coaching plan is tailored to the student's needs, grade level, learning goals, and whether the instruction takes place online or in-person. Tuition varies based on the frequency of sessions, the level of support required, and the nature of the coaching program.
We offer a complimentary consultation for the parents and a complimentary lesson with the student, after which we review recommended study plans and tuition options with the family.

Our Onboarding Process
Exceptional support begins with understanding the student.
Before enrolling, parents are invited to schedule a complimentary 30-minute consultation. During this conversation, we learn about your child's academic history, current challenges, learning style, strengths, and goals. This allows us to understand your child's needs and prepare thoughtfully for their learning journey.
Following the consultation, we offer a complimentary introductory lesson for the student. This gives us an opportunity to get to know one another, allows your child to experience our approach firsthand, and helps ensure that the partnership is a strong fit for everyone involved.
After the lesson, we share our observations and recommendations. If we mutually decide to move forward, we select the most appropriate learning package, complete registration, and begin scheduling regular sessions.
This intentional process helps us build a strong foundation for meaningful learning, a strong partnership, and long-term success.
